From north
Take Route 301 south through Delaware into
Maryland. Continue on Route 301 until you
reach the over pass for Route 291. Take Route
291 west towards Chestertown. Drive for 8.7
miles to Perkins Hill Road. Turn right onto
Perkins Hill Road; go less than 1/2 mile, and
turn left into Tideland Gardens.
Take Route 301 south through Delaware into
Maryland. Continue on Route 301 until you

291 west towards Chestertown. Drive for 8.7

From south
Stay on Route 301 north, when Route 50 splits off to the east. Follow Route 301 north to
the Route 213 overpass. Take Route 213 north through Centreville, over the Chester River
Bridge and through Chestertown. At the northern end of Chestertown Route 213 and 291
intersect at a traffic light. Take a right onto Route 291, heading east. Follow Route 291 for
roughly 3 miles to Perkins Hill Road. Take a left onto Perkins Hill Road, travel less than 1/2
mile and Tideland Gardens is to your left.
Stay on Route 301 north, when Route 50 splits off to the east. Follow Route 301 north to
the Route 213 overpass. Take Route 213 north through Centreville, over the Chester River
Bridge and through Chestertown. At the northern end of Chestertown Route 213 and 291
intersect at a traffic light. Take a right onto Route 291, heading east. Follow Route 291 for
roughly 3 miles to Perkins Hill Road. Take a left onto Perkins Hill Road, travel less than 1/2
mile and Tideland Gardens is to your left.
Bay Bridge
Stay on Route 301 north, when Route 50 splits off to the east. Follow Route 301 north to
